Terms of Service

USER STATUS

Use of any service offered by the App grants the user the status of User. Registration is generally not required for access to basic services; however, some Services may require registration. Some Services are free of charge; others require payment through the purchase of Paid Options.

USER TYPES

• Free Users: access a subset of the available features and data, as specified in the access plans section.
• Paid Users: have subscribed to a Paid Option, gaining access to extended features and more recent data, according to the subscribed plan.

MINORS

Use of the Services is limited exclusively to adults. Minors must have prior consent from their parents or legal guardians, who will be responsible for all actions carried out through the App.

PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USES

It is prohibited to carry out any form of commercial exploitation of the Services, including mass data collection through automated systems, bots or scraping techniques. The User agrees to use the App in compliance with the law and these Terms. The Owner reserves the right to revoke access without notice to any User who violates these Terms.

NATURE OF DATA AND LIMITATIONS

The real estate transaction data in the App comes from official public sources and is exclusively informational and statistical in nature. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial or professional real estate advice. The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Owner is the lawful owner of the App, its design, logo, the name 'Revalia', source code and all original content, protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

PAID OPTIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Paid Options are available for purchase through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically at expiry, unless cancelled through App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal. The Owner reserves the right to modify prices with prior notice.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The Owner does not guarantee continuity of access or correct display of the App's content. The Owner is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including service interruptions, data loss or decisions made based on the data consulted.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

TERMINATION AND DURATION

The Owner reserves the right to block access to the App, permanently or temporarily, at its sole discretion. Free services may be provided indefinitely as long as the User's account remains active. Paid Options are valid for the period indicated in the App.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For EU consumers, the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence shall apply.

CHANGES

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users with reasonable notice.
