Use of any service offered by the App grants the user the status of User. Registration is generally not required for access to basic services; however, some Services may require registration. Some Services are free of charge; others require payment through the purchase of Paid Options.
Use of the Services is limited exclusively to adults. Minors must have prior consent from their parents or legal guardians, who will be responsible for all actions carried out through the App.
The User agrees to use the App in compliance with the law, public order and these Terms. Mass data collection through automated systems, bots or scraping techniques is prohibited, as are the resale, redistribution or provision to third parties of the data in raw or systematic form, and any use of the Services aimed at building competing products or databases. Violations will be pursued in accordance with the law. Professional use of the documents generated with the App is permitted under the terms of the following section. The Owner reserves the right to revoke access without notice to any User who violates these Terms.
Users subscribed to the Professional plan may use the reports, estimates and documents generated through the App in the course of their professional activity, including by delivering them to their clients and adding their own name, contact details and brand. It is understood that: (a) generated content is informational and statistical in nature and does not constitute a survey, professional valuation or advice; (b) the professional User is solely responsible for the use, interpretation and conclusions presented to their clients, and for compliance with the legal and professional obligations applicable to their activity, and shall hold the Owner harmless from any third-party claim in this respect; (c) source attributions included in the documents may not be removed or altered; (d) the documents may not be resold as a standalone product nor used to reproduce, in whole or in part, the App's data or features.
The real estate transaction data in the App comes from official public sources and is exclusively informational and statistical in nature. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial or professional real estate advice. The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.
The Owner is the lawful owner of the App, its design, logo, source code and all original content, protected by UK, Italian and European intellectual property laws. 'Revalia' is a trade mark of Revalia Group Ltd, subject to pending applications before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the UK Intellectual Property Office. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of these elements is prohibited, including any use of the 'Revalia' mark that suggests a non-existent affiliation or endorsement.
Paid Options are available for purchase through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically at expiry, unless cancelled through App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal. The Owner reserves the right to modify prices with prior notice.
The Owner does not guarantee continuity of access or correct display of the App's content. The Owner is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including service interruptions, data loss or decisions made based on the data consulted.
Users' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
The Owner reserves the right to block access to the App, permanently or temporarily, at its sole discretion. Free services may be provided indefinitely as long as the User's account remains active. Paid Options are valid for the period indicated in the App.
Unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For EU consumers, the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence shall apply.
The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users with reasonable notice.
