Every tool in Revalia is built on the same transactions recorded in the official registries.
Search an address, an area or a building and see the registered sales: declared price, date, size, category and, where the registry publishes them, the property's details — building age, floor, bedrooms, energy rating. Filter by period, type and features, browse as a list or on a map. In the UK and France every property carries its sale history; in the UK you can also search by company owner and, with the Professional plan, browse the full property portfolio of any company. With free registration, searches are unlimited, with no expiry.
Watch the demoThe valuation starts from true comparables: registered sales within 500 metres of the address, narrowed to properties like yours where the registry allows it. It returns three scenarios — conservative, central, optimistic — with the historical evolution of value and a five-year projection. In the UK and France you can start from a property already sold: the estimate takes the price actually paid and brings it to today with the area's trend.
The rental value comes from each market's official sources: OMI figures in Italy, ONS statistics in the UK, rent observatories in France, Ejari contracts and ADREC averages in the UAE. Revalia looks up the most specific data available — building, neighbourhood, area — and shows the minimum, median and maximum range, the historical series and the gross yield.
Paste the listing you're weighing up: asking price, address, size. Revalia compares it with the area's real sales and tells you how far above or below market it sits. Checked listings can be saved with link and notes.
How the market has really moved: yearly and monthly price series by area or address, the distribution of values, and the seasonality of sales.
A market brief written in prose, on the area you choose: volumes and prices, total value traded, the profile of the typical property, rents, comparison with neighbouring areas and the area's city ranking. Ready to export as PDF.

The full arithmetic of a property investment: NPV, IRR, multiple and year-by-year cash flows across the whole holding period — with mortgage, refurbishment, taxation and buying and selling costs.
A complete document on an area, address or building, designed to be handed over: price trends, comparable transactions with all their attributes, the rental market with yields, an area map, a comparison with neighbouring areas and the methodology. Choose which sections to include, add your agency's name, contacts and brand on the cover, export the typeset PDF in your client's language. Every report stays saved with the data of the day you created it.
Every analysis exports to a professional PDF and can be shared as a link.
Every analysis becomes a document ready to attach: for a bank, a client, a partner. Laid out, with source and date.
Every analysis — and every single transaction — can be shared with a link. Whoever opens it sees the result straight in the app; anyone without Revalia can download it from the same link.
The model is simple: you pay for the number of analyses, never for the depth of data.
Without signing up you see the first three results of every search and can run any analysis with a blurred result. So you can see how the app works before registering.
Searches become unlimited and free, with no expiry. And every tool includes one full trial: seven tools, seven complete analyses, before you decide.
Included with your accountFrom the second use of each tool, you choose: pay-as-you-go credits that never expire, or a subscription. The data stays the same for everyone: 2022–2026, four countries.
Seven tools, seven full trials.
